In 2003, I hauled a huge bag of my handmade jewellery to Portobello Market and instantly fell in love with meeting people who loved what I made (and going home with the cash stuffed into my moon boots!). Turns out I had a real knack for the biz side of things.

Therefore, I evolved my market stall into my own bricks-and-mortar studio/shop in London and wholesale brand in the ’00s, which became a subscription box business in the ’10s, and eventually led me to qualify as a certified life coach to support fellow independent business owners.

In recent years, perimenopause and midlife have taken the wind out of my sails a little - and that's completely OK. Gentle evolution and resilience are my strengths.

When will the 1-2-1 online sessions take place?
Once you have paid your deposit, you'll receive a link to my 2027 calendar where you can manage your sessions. I have approximately 80 slots available each month from 10am to 3pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Should you need ad-hoc weekend or evening sessions we can discuss this together.
How will I know if we're a good fit to work together?
If you’re feeling stuck with your strategy, growth, or wellbeing - and you're ready to make gentle, values-aligned changes - we will find a path that fits your life. My focus is understanding how you work best, then helping you shape simple, doable steps to get there. The clearest sign we're a good fit? How long does it take to see results?
While every business is unique, many of my clients begin seeing measurable improvements within the first few months of working together. Do you work with product or service-based clients?
I work with both product and service-based creative businesses. In fact, many of my clients use our time together to weave the two together. What if I can't make a meeting or need to reschedule?
Life and creative energy fluctuate - I completely get it. As long as you give me 24 hours' notice, we can easily reschedule your 45-minute session to another slot within that month’s rhythm block so you never lose your support.
I’m in a really busy season right now (or feeling totally overwhelmed). Should I wait until things calm down?
Waiting for things to calm down is often how we stay trapped in burnout. You don't need to have your business organised before joining. In fact, coming in when you're overwhelmed is ideal - our January Business Model Playbook and initial session are specifically designed to clear the noise and take things off your plate immediately.
What if I’m neurodivergent or have fluctuating energy levels due to chronic illness or midlife changes?
You are in safe hands. This partnership is entirely tailored to how your brain and body operate, not how textbook business strategy says you "should" operate. We build processes that accommodate your natural energy rhythms, low-capacity days, and brain chemistry - never forcing you into rigid routines that cause burnout.
Is the £97 deposit refundable if we do the call and decide it’s not a fit?
The best path is to book your free 30-minute fit call first before paying anything! Once we’ve met on Zoom and both agreed that this partnership is the right step for your 2027, you can place your £97 deposit to officially claim one of the 10 spaces.
