    Questions often asked:

    Do you add new stuff?

    Yes. All live coaching and co-working sessions are recorded and added to the members area. New courses are also uploaded on a regular basis based on what our members ask for. Plus, new for 2025 is our brand new Wholehearted Creative Business Training which will be taught live throughout the year and saved in the member's area to be referred back to as many times as you want to.

    I work in the daytime and can't attend live sessions.

    Everything is recorded. Roughly 15% of members are available to come live on a regular basis and 40% of our members can never attend live. This is not a barrier. Set a time in your schedule to watch the replays and utilise the email coaching feature for personal guidance. There will also be a schedule of evening sessions in 2025.

    Will I appear in a replay?

    Only if you raise your hand for coaching or unmute and speak during a live session. Otherwise the only person visible on the replays is me (Leona) or the person who is coaching, training or mentoring.

    What types of businesses is this for?

    Inside the program we serve both product-based businesses and service-based businesses. We also have a good deal of creatives who integrate both into their business model to bring in a sustainable income. Whether you're a ceramicist, silversmith, vintage dealer, independent store owner, fashion designer, web designer, bookbinder or an artist - the commonality that brings all our member's together is they have a growth mindset and are willing to do something different to create a different result.

    Can I email for feedback on what I'm doing?

    Absolutely. That second pair of eyes from an experienced expert is everything isn't it. What you share with me is 100% confidential and our email threads are deleted once a month.

    Will I appear on screen if I attend a live session?

    It's up to you. The Zoom settings are set so our members can see each other on screen during a live to create a community feel but you are more than welcome to switch your own camera off. Zoom will ask you if you want to join with camera on or off before you join. 

    I work another job. What if I can't keep up?

    The majority of members inside Joyful Selling have multiple responsibilities in their lives from parenting to caring for older family members, from other jobs to client work and so on. With this in mind, we are first and foremost a community - we are not in competition with another. Once we remove the competitive paradigm we can see there is simply nothing to 'keep up with'. I help you set your own goals that are aligned to who you are, where you are in your own life and what you want and desire from your creative business. You then get to walk your own path at the pace that is right for you.

    On a personal note...

    In June 2024, my life partner Glenn, our daughter Lola and I walked down the aisle together to Orinoco Flow by Enya. I can't begin to express how different I felt on the inside compared to the person I was in the first 15 years of business ownership. For starters, I would never have been able to stand in front of all our family and friends on that day for fear of looking stupid or no-one turning up!


    I started my first independent business on a stall in Portobello Market in the early 00s after moving to London at 17. Despite my flair for selling and marketing which created over a million pounds in sales over the past 20 years I have struggled with low self-worth and a harsh inner critic.


    I'm now proudly living and working by my own values, maintaining healthy boundaries and everyday I recommit to being a better boss to myself.


    I teach all of this - mindset and processing emotions - alongside the nuts and bolts of running your own business. I believe business growth and personal growth go hand in hand.
